Video to Nothing But

As previously reported, V2 Netherlands stated that 'Nothing But' will be the next single from 'Fake Chemical State'. Skin has confirmed that the video to the single will be shot next week (today is the 27th September). Check back for more details when they emerge.

Skin to be Celebrity Judge

RoleModel is an event in which lesbian and bisexual women participate to be the next lesbian/bisexual supermodel in the UK. Skin will be a guest judge for the final which takes place at Café de Paris, London on 12th November, 2006. The night kicks off at 7:30pm. For more details, click here.

Tour Support Announced

Joining Skin on her forthcoming tour around Europe is Green Lizard, a rock band from The Netherlands. The band will support Skin at all of her gigs with the exception of the Warsaw one. This means they will begin their support in Graz, Austria and conclude in Modena, Italy.

A new remix for 'Purple' has been released in Germany. This remix is by German duet Velten Meyer. The dance song is quite distant from the original version of 'Purple', containing only a few lyrics from the song. It can he heard at the groups' MySpace page here. The commercial release of 'Purple' across Europe as a single is somewhat a mystery but versions of the single are available in The Netherlands and limited numbers in Italy, where is has been getting quite a lot of radio play. It can also be purchased on iTunes and other download stores. As previously reported, 'Nothing But' is likely to be the next release from 'Fake Chemical State'

Skin Re-enters Italian Album Chart

This week, 'Fake Chemical State' re-entered the Italian chart at #50! Without compilation albums included, the album reached #41. The album was released almost 6 months ago. A likely reason for this re-entry is Purple's current popularity on radio stations in Italy.
