German Fans - Win a Trip to London to see Skin!


Fans in Germany have the chance to win a trip to London to see Skin's gig on March 29th. The prize will include flights, overnight accommodation, entrance to the gig and you also get to meet Skin!

Listen to Previews of Just Let The Sun's B-Sides

As previously reported, Just Let The Sun will be released with two b-sides, which are Only Vultures and Petrol Station Flowers. 7Digital, a legal music download website, has short previews of these tracks which you can listen to by clicking the links below.

Fake Chemical State - Bonus Track in Japan

As previously reported, Japan's release of Fake Chemical State will include a bonus track. According to V2 Japan's website, this track will be called 'Cheating Myself'. Click here to see the listing. HMV Japan list the track as being called 'Cheating On Myself'

This means that, so far, three non-album tracks will be available. 'Only Vultures'
and 'Petrol Station Flowers' will feature on the 'Just Let The Sun' CD Single.

Having problems watching Just Let The Sun's video?

As some people have been having difficulty in viewing the Just Let The Sun video on the Kerrang site, I have uploaded it to YouTube, which allows you to view the video in your browser using Flash. Just Let The Sun - Out Now (Digital only)


Just Let The Sun is now available to download from most online retailers, such as iTunes and 7Digital. The CD single will still be released on the 6th March, 2006 on the highstreet, but it has been released digitally on February 20th, 2006.

After Skin's Fake Chemical State tour in the UK, she embarks upon a tour around the rest of Europe. Dates are shown below:

Skin on the Culture Show - BBC2, 7.30PM, Feb 23rd

Tonights edition of the Culture Show on BBC Two (16th Feb), mentioned that Skin will feature in next weeks edition of the show, which is broadcast on Thursday, February 23rd, BBC Two at 7.30pm. Skin will be presenting a feature on Tomb Raider (Lara Croft), as part of the shows Great British Design Quest. The show is repeated at 11:20PM the same night.

Skin on TRL on MTV Italia - March 9th, 2006

Those lucky Italian fans are in for another doseage of Skin. She will be appearing on MTV Italia's version of TRL on the 9th of March, 2006. TLR is broadcast from the balcony of 'Piazza Duomo' in Milan between 14:00 and 15:00 (Local time), so fans in the area may catch a glimpse of Skin when she appears on the show.

You can also vote for Skin's new video, Just Let The Sun, to be played on MTV Italia's TRL by clicking here. It doesn't matter where you are from in the world, you can still vote. Simply click the link, scroll down to Skin's video and click "vota".

Fans in the UK can request 'Just Let The Sun' on Kerrang TV, by calling 09056 525 666 (£1 per call) and selecting number 564.

German fans can also vote for Skin on MTV Deutschland's version of TRL by emailing trl@mtv.de and asking for her video to be played.

Remember, you can also email, phone and text your local and national radio stations and ask them to play 'Just Let The Sun'.

Just Let The Sun - Two B-Sides

Listed on the V2 Netherlands' official website, Just Let The Sun contains two B-Sides. As speculated previously, Only Vultures and Petrol Station Flowers will be included on the single. The tracklisting is as follows:

Single and Album Date Confirmed - 6th and 20th March

A member of Skin's team recently announced that the single, Just Let The Sun, will be released on March 6th, 2006. Although some release schedules said Fake Chemical State will be released on April 3rd, 2006, it will in fact be released during Skin's tour on March 20th, 2006. This means that the album is released before Skin's gig in Manchester, but after her gigs in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Sheffield.
